So you’re ready to go and the event is booked – now what happens? Let’s dive into the creative process of Alyse and The Stylist’s Guide team and the steps taken to get from this moment to your special occasion.


Event Identity

Giving your event a voice starts with fleshing out your scope, vision and inspiration for what the event will look and feel like. Once you get all of your ideas out on the table (good or bad) we can start to piece the puzzle together and create a vision based on your dream – even if you have a million different ideas!

Suppliers and Style

The fun part, styling and supplier recommendations! We come back together to show you the work we’ve been doing behind the scenes, ensuring that each individual supplier will bring your vision to life. From sitting down with the florist, to discussing colour palettes and stationery, to curating the right tones and textures that marry with the decor, details and table settings.

Taking our time to bring your vision together means you’ll be presented with something so on point, we often hear “it’s like you’re living in my head!”.

Set and Forget

Did you think this would be stressful? Well, we’re here to tell you to sit back and relax – we’ve got this. We’ll take care of the liaising, organising and management of suppliers, venues, requirements and final details! We believe the people we’re celebrating should enter their event with nothing on their shoulders; we’ll keep up the communication with you to ensure each stage is progressing nicely, but you won’t need to lift a finger.

Every booking, supplier, product, hire, and venue is secured – we’ll coordinate on-the-day setup so your vision from when we first spoke to the actual day is fully-realised. It’s going to be a wow-moment heard around the world, not just for days but for months after your event.
