WEDDING SERVICES

At The Stylist’s Guide we pride ourselves on offering end-to-end services for your wedding planning, styling and on-the-day coordination needs.

Whether you’re looking for someone to organise everything from top-to-toe, or you’re more of a ‘do it yourself’ kind of couple, we’ll be there to bring everything together on the day – and ensure your vision is executed to perfection.

  • Here’s what’s included:

    1. Initial Consultation

      This is where we discuss your event, your dream location, workshop ideas, layouts, and begin to build your wedding mood board.

    2. Planning Consultation

      After we nut out the nitty gritty details, we will have a Planning Consultation together with our couple - this is when we will discuss the planning process, overall schedule for your wedding day, and confirm your budget and desired vendors. This can be held in our studio, on-site, or over the phone.

    3. Supplier Consultations

      Once we have everything planned to perfection, our team will have Supplier Consultations to discuss quotes, services and final selections with your vendors. You won’t need to lift a finger, while we bring the pieces of your wedding puzzle together.

    4. Planning Service

      Throughout the entire process of planning your wedding, we provide a Planning Service. This is where we liase with your vendors and coordinate bookings with everyone from your photographer to your florist - all while assuring our Bride and Groom are happy. For those that need it, we can even assist with seating arrangement and floor plan execution (because we know how stressful seating plans can be)!

    5. Logistical Planning

      This is the final step of the process, before your big day. One of our talented wedding coordinators will be there with you throughout the entire process - including your wedding rehearsal to ensure your wedding day is managed smoothly, from initial supplier coordination to on the day planning - enter our OCD spreadsheets, run sheets and timeline planning to make sure everyone knows where they need to be, and when.

    6. Wedding Day Management & Coordination

      Now the main event - your big day! Our Wedding Day Management & Coordination begins bright and early, as we check-in with you on the morning to ensure hair and makeup are running smoothly.

      From here, we will head straight to your ceremony and reception venue; ensuring all suppliers have arrived on time and managing the set-up of your ceremony and reception location. Later at the reception, we’ll finalise all the evening details with your DJ/MC and/or venue coordinator, and you can enjoy a stress-free wedding!

    please NOTE:

    On-the-day coordination services are based on a maximum of 8 hours. If we are required after 5:30 pm, please know that these services will come at an extra cost and a supplied meal will be required.

    The number of staff will be determined by the requirements of your wedding day – this is discussed in your initial consultation.

    A travel fee and an additional staff member will be required if your ceremony and reception locations are at a distance outside of Adelaide Metro. This will be discussed with you throughout the consultation process.

    Anywhere outside of Adelaide Metro will have a travel fee charged, to be discussed with you throughout the consultation process.

  • Book this package 12-18 months out from your wedding day.

    The Stylist’s Bride is our full styling package that includes initial concept creation, event planning, supplier management, on-the-day coordination, management & styling.

    The Stylist’s Guide will remove all stressors from this department and will work with you to make your wedding day as unique as yourself!

    Here’s what you’ll get:

    1. Initial Consultation

      This is where we discuss your event, your dream location, workshop ideas, layouts, and the overall event; This can be done in-house in our studio, over the phone or via zoom.

    2. Mood Board Creation & Development

      Based on our Initial Consultation we build out a mood board & develop your unique look and feel.

    3. Event Concept Creation

      Based on your mood board, we create your event concept, finalise your colours or theme & provide supplier recommendations

    4. Supplier Consultation – 4 x Supplier Consultations

      We meet with your suppliers to brief in styling elements.

      It's recommended we meet with your graphic designer and florist to ensure your vision is executed to perfection.

      Other recommended suppliers: lighting, furniture, additional décor

    5. Supplier Liaison

      Our team will take the time to discuss your overall wedding theming with each Individual supplier.

    6. Site Consultation – 2 Site Visits

      site visits to your venue with yourself and/or suppliers

    7. Styling Consultation with couple

      - 1 consultation recommended 6 months prior to the wedding date to ensure the planning process is running according to your timeline.

      - 1 Consultation recommended 3 months prior to the wedding to ensure the planning process is on track

      - 1 Consultation 14 days prior to your wedding date. To ensure all your items have been ticked off your planning list and all required information has been provided to The Stylist’s Guide team.

    8. Styling Development & Implementation

      We keep all styling elements on track with unlimited email & phone calls throughout the whole process.

    9. Pre-Event Coordination

      Preparation of your styling schedule, run sheets & action plan for the day.

    10. On the Day Event Coordination

      We will be on site to coordination the set-up, delivery & collection from suppliers, solve problems before you hear about them, style the space and ensure everything is perfect for your big day.

      up to 8 hours on site (min 5 hours, max 8 hours) with 2 staff members

  • Book this package 6-12 months out from your wedding day.

    For the Finessed Bride who has an incredible vision, but isn’t sure how to execute it. In this package we will assist you with creative direction, selecting and sourcing styling elements, plus provide on-the-day coordination.

    Here’s what you get:

    1. Initial Consultation

      This is where we discuss your event, your dream location, workshop ideas, layouts, and the overall event; This can be done in-house in our studio, over the phone or via zoom.

    2. Mood Board Creation & Development

      Based on our Initial Consultation we build out a mood board & develop your unique look and feel.

    After months of planning and organising, your day has finally arrived – the last thing you’ll want to do is stress about deliveries, and what time your suppliers are arriving on site.

    This is where The Bridal Helper package comes in! We’ll assist you in finalising all of your styling details prior to the wedding day, and ensure everything runs smoothly on your big day.

    Here’s what you get:

    1. Initial Consultation

      This is where we discuss your event, your dream location, workshop ideas, layouts, and the overall event; This can be done in-house in our studio, over the phone or via zoom.

    2. Mood Board Creation & Development

      Based on our Initial Consultation we build out a mood board & develop your unique look and feel.

    3. Supplier Consultation – 1 x Supplier Consultations

      We meet with your suppliers to discuss the styling elements. Recommended we meet with your graphic designer and florist

  • Book this package 6-12 months out from your wedding day (the process won’t start any earlier than 6 months out)

    Have you organised everything for your big day, and are just looking for someone to pull it all together while you’re getting ready? You’ve found us!

    To help your wedding day run as smoothly as possible and ensure all of your supplier deliveries are set-up on time, we offer ‘The Set-Up’ service - specifically dedicated to on the day coordination.

    Here’s what you get:

    1. Initial Consultation

      Includes discussion of the overall event; ideas, guest numbers, venue/s & layout. This can be done in-house in our studio, over the phone or via zoom.

    2. Site Consultation – 1 Site Visit

      site visits to your venue with yourself and/or suppliers

    3. Styling Consultation with couple

      - 1 Consultation recommended 3 months prior to the wedding to ensure the planning process is running according to your timeline.

      - 1 Consultation 14 days prior to your wedding date. To ensure all your items have been ticked off your planning list and all required information has been provided to The Stylist’s Guide team.

    4. Pre-Event Coordination

  • Our base package for those who need help creating their Wedding Day vision. We'll also be there on the day of your wedding to make sure everything runs to schedule!

    What's included?

      If required and you have not selected your main suppliers yet, we can send you through a list of our most recommended and trusted suppliers.

    4. Site Consultation – 1 Site Visit

      site visits to your venue with yourself and/or suppliers

    5. Styling Consultation with couple

      1 Consultation 21 days prior to your wedding date. To ensure all your items have been ticked off your planning list and all required information has been provided to The Stylist’s Guide team.

    6. On the Day Event Coordination

      We will be on site to coordination the set-up, delivery & collection from suppliers, solve problems before you hear about them and ensure everything is perfect for your big day.

      up to min maximum 3 hours
