CREATIVE SERVICES

Our Creative Services include our ever-popular Creative Consultation packages, alongside our Creative Direction service.

Our Creative Consultations are perfect for those who want to put in the work to organise their event themselves, but aren’t sure where to start! During these consults we help you create the event of your dreams, so you can go away and pull it all together – without stressing what colours or suppliers to choose!

On the other hand, we recommend customising our Creative Direction Packages to best suit your specific requirements. Each event, custom-designed installation or photoshoot is unique, and so should be how we help you bring your vision to life with this service.

The options:

    • initial consultation (1.5-2hr), where we discuss the overall event; ideas, guest numbers, venue and layouts

    • we help you create your event mood board, colour palette and supply original ideas, based on our initial consultation

    • 1 x meeting with a vendor of choice, or site visit to the venue with client - depending on your needs, you choose what suits you best

    • initial consultation (30-45 mins), where we discuss the overall event; ideas, guest numbers, venue and layouts

    • we help you create your event mood board + colour palette, based on our initial consultation

    • based on our initial consult, we will work with you to create a customised consultation package that suits your budget and needs

    Inspired by complementary colour palettes, textures and all the finer details, our expertise in the arena of direction and styling is unmatched.

    We recommend choosing our Creative Direction Package if you have specific requirements not met by our Creative Consultation packages.

    1. Initial Consultation

    We will discuss your wants, needs and inspirations to get an overall sense of how we can bring your vision to life.

    2. Mix and match any of the below services based on your creative direction needs

    STYLING DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION SERVICE

    After fleshing out your mood board, we will carefully select suppliers to bring your vision to life, taking into consideration your budget and overall aesthetic. This service also ensures all styling and creative elements are on track, including unlimited email & phone communication throughout the whole process.

    PHOTO SHOOT SPECIFIC SERVICES

    This service includes:
    - sourcing photographer
    - location scouting/booking (if required)
    - creating your mood board, shot list and on-the-day schedule
    - liasing with suppliers to ensure shoot is on brand and styling elements are on track

    PRE-EVENT / PHOTOSHOOT INSTALLATION SERVICE

    We’ll handle the preparation of your styling schedule, plus on-site styling and logistics.

    ON-THE-DAY COORDINATION / PRODUCTION

    Ensuring all elements are running smoothly on the day, from bump in to bump out.

How do your Creative Consultations work?

One of our event specialists will be at your consultation to discuss the requirements of your event (either in our lovely Felixstow office or via Zoom). Based on your chosen consultation package, we will provide you with the tools, tips and tricks you need to plan the perfect event; which includes a custom mood board + colour palette to get you started.

Will I need additional consultations to the ones listed above?

The number of consults required is all relevant to your event and your needs. If you think you will need additional help in planning your event, get in touch - one of our other services may be better suited!

DELIVERIES AND COLLECTIONS:

for an additional cost we an assist with the deliveries and collections of your prop hire, stationary and signage items, these can be arranged with us no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event.
